Just wanted to thank Steve for all his help in purchasing our new Mini Countryman, we had to pick our car up as there was no delivery option for Northern Ireland. We flew into Manchester and Steve was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to there office to collect our new car. Everything went smooth and we are very happy with the service we received and the car is great. Will be back for our next car.

The price quoted was better dealer it made me wonder if it could be true. But Mick came across as sincere and not pushy to get the sale. I checked a few web sites including Trustpilot and placed the order with a list of dealer installed options which were all completed and delivered on time as quoted. And delivered in the worst snow weather we have had for 10 years when everything else seemed to grind to a halt my car was delivered on time to the hour. Well done Mick and your team, I will be recommending you to my pals and will be back when I change cars again

I bought a Seat Leon and being the first time through a broker I was nervous about the deal. However, Steven was fantastic, took us through each step of the transaction, from quotes through to communications after order placement. Yes it is nervous having to make payment day before the car is delivered; but everything went extremely smoothly. New car dropped off as configured, and old car picked up for part exchange. Would & will be recommending to my friends & family.

Excellent experience with Cort Vehicle Contracts (I used their website discounted - new - cars). I dealt with Steve who was great throughout, always polite and helpful, responding to queries quickly. As a small, less known broker I was a little nervous about sending a large amount of money for a new car, but there were no issues and the car arrived promptly on the expected delivery date. Ford Kuga After buying new cars for many years its just a pity its taken so long to find the perfect way to do it. buying a new car is supposed to be a nice experience, but we all know that so many salesmen at dealers turn the buying experience into a stressful one. Like many others who have added testimonials on this site i was also a bit wary of buying a car this way. This was the only place where I could buy a new VW Golf outright without a £1000 supplement. The car I bought from this company was £1500 less than a used 2 year old vehicle. The option to buy my old vehicle was tempting, since car dealers think women easy prey, however, after changing my mind a couple of times, I managed to get a better price for it from a family business locally, but Steven showed no impatience with me. Although there was a huge saving on price I have never bought a car this way before so was a little concerned. The deal was excellent and the service equally good. i paid a £500 deposit and didnt pay anything else until the car was delivered to me . This arrangement meant they had to trust me, which i felt was way beyond what most companies would do. They also arranged to trade in my old car and it couldn't have been easier . They gave me a good valuation , at least as good as" we buy any car . com" They inspected my car on pick up and took it after my new car was delivered. I was kept informed on the progress during the build and they delivered within the specified timescale. I never met Steve or Howard during the process but talked to them many times during the ordering and deliverey phase, They were excellent and also offer an after sales service despite being 200 miles away. I would recommend these guys to anyone buying a new car .

After looking around and getting prices for “new” cars that always turned out to be either pre-registered or a very small discount that anyone could just talk the sales staff into giving, I stumbled across www.discounted-new-cars.com. I messed about on the site configuring cars and left my details. I then received an email from Steve asking me to call him to discuss what I wanted. I explained to him that I wanted a new car that wasn’t pre-registered and then we discussed model & extras, none of which apparently would be a problem. Steve emailed me a breakdown of all details including total price asking me to call if I was happy to proceed. I called and paid my deposit by credit card, so section 75 protection would apply (I’m not very trusting ). I then received my Invoice which I printed, signed, scanned and emailed back. Because of the time-scales I couldn’t receive my new car in the first couple of weeks in March as I was going on holiday. Steve said it wasn’t an issue and he arranged delivery for the day after my return. The day arrived and a nice man with a very large car transporter arrived at my door at 07:55 to deliver my 17-plate car. Would I recommend them, why wouldn’t I? I plan to tell everyone I know how easy this was for me and how nice and easy Steve was to deal with. I also plan to buy all future cars from Steve and Howard.

The Seat Ibiza from Cort Vehicle Contracts Ltd was a completely painless exercise. I have to admit that I was a bit worried at first, as I had never sourced a car through a broker before. For BMW Active Tourer. Factory order so took 10+ weeks but Steve would always chase when asked to confirm progress. He was more up-to-date than I was on specification which saved me from ordering an option. Great price and service. Delivery went very smoothly - particularly liked the fact that it came on a covered trailer in pristine condition and that the driver took all the time I wanted to demonstrate the controls, features etc. Offered a very fair price in part exchange, though I managed to sell privately

We just bought a Citreon C4 grand picasso through CVC and are very happy with both the price and the service we received. Having never bought a car online we did background checks through different sites and asked lots of questions before committing. I was still nervous about handing over the outstanding balance 48hrs beforehand (even though the deposit had been on credit card to protect the purchase), but everything went through smoothly. The C4 was delivered earlier than I expected, and CVC arranged collection of my part-ex to later so that I wouldn't be carless at school pickup time. After-sales help has also been great. I have no reservations in recommending CVC, and have already done so to friends and family.

I had dealings with this company earlier in the year to purchase a new (14) reg Mazda 6 SE/L 2.2ltr Diesel. This is the first time I and on behalf of my company have bought a vehicle online from a company such as Cort. Right from the start I found my dealings with Steven in sales to be helpful and knowledgable. I advised my budget and the specification required and true to his word Steven found me the right car at the right price ( which incidentally was around 16% cheaper than the main Mazda dealer I had also spoken to about the car) Like most people who try a different method to purchase something I was a little ervous as to whether Cort would deliver on time and at the price agreed but they did and it turned out to be a very straight forward process with no problems at all. Both Steven and Howard ( who looks after things after Steven )were very professional throughout the process and Howard kept me informed of my expected delivery date, which was the day before the new 1st March Reg, and delivery was duly made with no fuss or bother. they took my old car in part exchange and offered a perfectly fair price for it and collected it on the day of delivery of the new car.
